Lee May hit his sixth homer and drove in four runs as the Orioles trimmed the Tigers, 6-0, behind Doyle Alexander's seven-hit pitching in the first game of a twi-night doubleheader. The Tigers came back to win the second game, 6-2, on two-run homers by Ron LeFlore and Ben Oglivie. LeFlore's first homer of the season extended his hitting streak to 29 games.
