After falling behind in 13th inning, 4-2, the Brewers came back with a three-run rally to defeat the Rangers, 5-4. Bernie Carbo opened the Brewers' half with a double, stopped at third on a single by George Scott and scored on a safe bunt by Bill Sharp. An intentional walk to Art Kusnyer then loaded the bases and Gorman Thomas doubled to drive in the tying and winning runs. [The Sporting News]
