Charlie Spikes, who has been a red-hot hitter since the All-Star break, smashed the first grand slam of his major league career to help power the Indians to a 7-5 victory over the Angels. George Hendrick drove in a run with a single in the first inning before the Indians loaded the bases to set the stage for Spikes' slam.
