Graig Nettles drove in five runs with two homers and Lou Piniella batted in four while collecting four singles to account for the Yankees' scoring in a 9-3 victory over the Twins. The Yankees put the game away in the first inning when Piniella knocked in two runs with his first single and Nettles homered with two men on base.
