Jerry Royster hit a game-tying homer in the sixth inning and then scored the winning run in the eighth on a pinch-single by Tom Paciorek to give the Braves a 3-2 victory over the Reds, who suffered their fourth straight defeat in their longest losing streak of the season. Royster walked in the eighth and stole second to set the stage for Paciorek's decisive single.
