Lynn McGlothen not only pitched a five-hitter but drove in three runs with a double as the Cardinals shut out the Braves, 8-0. Keith Hernandez accounted for three runs with a homer in the fourth inning. The Cards added a pair in the seventh before McGlothen iced his victory with a bases-loaded double in the eighth.
