Lynn McGlothen drove in three runs with a single and double and allowed only four hits while pitching the Cardinals to a 6-1 victory over the Expos. Keith Hernandez, Garry Templeton and Lou Brock shared the spotlight with McGlothen. Hernandez rapped three hits and Templeton smashed his first major league homer.
