The Dodgers nicked Zachry for a run in the third inning on a single by Kevin Pasley, sacrifice by Charlie Hough and double by Bill Buckner. The deciding run followed in the fourth when Steve Garvey scored on an infield out by John Hale. Don Werner batted in the Reds' run with a double in the sixth. [The Sporting News]
