A five-run rally in the sixth inning enabled the White Sox to defeat the Blue Jays, 7-5. The Blue Jays also had a five-run inning, scoring in the second. The White Sox came back with two in the third on a single by Chet Lemon, triple by Jim Essian and single by Royle Stillman before their uprising in the sixth. After Jim Spencer, Lemon and Alan Bannister contributed doubles to help tie the score, Stillman accounted for the winning margin with a two-run single. [The Sporting News]
