Two unearned runs on errors by Tim Foli and Mike Sadek enabled the Expos to post a 3-2 victory over the Giants, who dropped their fifth straight game. In their first meeting since the Expos obtained Chris Speier for Foli, Speier was safe on an error by Foli in the first inning and scored on a double by Ellis Valentine.
