. . . where the 1970s live forever!

Rudy May scattered six hits and pitched the Orioles to a 6-0 victory over the Twins. The Orioles staked May to a two-run lead in the first inning. After Al Bumbry tripled and scored on an infield out by Mark Belanger, the Orioles counted their second run on a pass to Pat Kelly with the bases loaded. Lee May batted in two runs with a single in the second and Ken Singleton added the last pair with a single in the sixth. [The Sporting News]
