The Brewers erupted for six runs in the second inning, scoring two on a double by Steve Brye and two on a homer by Don Money, to defeat the Orioles, 6-2. Singles by Cecil Cooper and passes to Sal Bando and Ken McMullen loaded the bases before Brye rapped his double. McMullen scored on a sacrifice fly by Larry Haney and Brye crossed the plate on a single by Robin Yount. Money then capped the outburst with his round-tripper. [The Sporting News]
