Home runs by Warren Cromartie and Del Unser backed the pitching of Jackie Brown and carried the Expos to a 2-1 victory over the Dodgers. After Reggie Smith's sacrifice fly produced the L.A. tally in the first frame, Cromartie tied the score in the second stanza. Unser's blow opened the fifth canto.
