Pinch-hitter Andres Mora delivered a two-run single with two out in the 11th inning to bring the Orioles a 5-3 victory over the Mariners. Lee May homered for the Orioles, who held a 3-2 lead before a circuit clout by Bill Stein tied the score in the ninth. John Montague, who was stopped on his streak of 18 scoreless innings in relief, loaded the bases in the 11th by hitting Pat Kelly with a pitch and walking two batters before Mora came through with his decisive single.
