The Pirates rallied for two runs in the ninth inning to defeat the Cubs, 7-6, with Ed Ott's triple sending home the winning run. Ivan DeJesus hit a three-run homer in the seventh to give the Cubs a 6-4 lead. Bobby Murcer hit his 19th and 20th homers of the season for the Cubs. [The Sporting News]
