Tom Poquette hit his second homer of the season at an opportune time for the Royals, connecting after a double by John Mayberry in the eighth inning, to beat the Blue Jays, 5-3. The Royals also had an inside-the-park homer by George Brett in the third and a round-tripper by Darrell Porter in the sixth.
