. . . where the 1970s live forever!

Combining with Pedro Borbon on a five-hitter, Bill Bonham got credit for his fifth straight win as the Reds blanked the Braves, 10-0. A homer by Ken Griffey accounted for two of the three runs scored by the Reds in the first inning. A single by George Foster and double by Dave Concepcion accounted for the third run. The Reds got four in the eighth on an RBI double by Cesar Geronimo and three-run homer by Ray Knight. [The Sporting News]
