Supported by homers by Garry Maddox, Richie Hebner and Jerry Martin, Steve Carlton posted his 200th career victory as the Phillies crushed the Expos, 13-2. Maddox hit his round-tripper after a double by Greg Luzinski and a walk to Hebner in the fifth inning, and Hebner hit his circuit clout after walks to Mike Schmidt and Luzinski in the sixth stanza.
