Combining on a five-hitter, Don Robinson and Kent Tekulve pitched the Pirates to their eighth straight victory, beating the Braves, 3-1. Willie Stargell hit a solo homer in the second inning and Dale Berra clouted one in the fifth. The final Buc tally came in the eighth on an RBI single by Phil Garner. [The Sporting News]
