A grand-slam homer by Dave Concepcion highlighted the Reds' 9-5 thumping of the Braves. The shortstop's blast came off reliever Adrian Devine in the fifth inning and gave the Reds a 9-3 lead. George Foster drove in two runs with a single in the first and Ray Knight batted in a pair with a double in the third. The Braves had homers by Barry Bonnell and Dale Murphy. [The Sporting News]
