Consecutive two-out singles in the 10th inning by Al Oliver, Oscar Gamble and Johnny Grubb enabled the Rangers to edge the Blue Jays, 4-3. The Jays had tied the game in the top of the ninth on a grounder by Bob Bailor with the bases loaded. Oliver drove in the first three Ranger runs with a pair of singles. [The Sporting News]
