Homers by Butch Wynegar and Rob Wilfong powered the Twins to a 6-3 decison over the Blue Jays. Wilfong belted a two-run round-tripper in the second inning and Wynegar blasted his two-run shot in the eighth, following a double by Ken Landreaux. Wynegar also had an RBI single in the third inning. [The Sporting News] |
