. . . where the 1970s live forever!

Five homers -- two by Andre Dawson and Warren Cromartie in the fifth inning, two by Tony Perez and Ellis Valentine in the seventh and one by Dan Schatzeder in the eighth -- powered the Expos to a 10-5 victory over the Phillies. The Phillies opened a 4-0 lead with the aid of a three-run homer by Bake McBride, but the Expos tied the score, 4-4, in the fifth when Larry Parrish singled, Tommy Hutton scored him with a double and Dawson and Cromartie homered. Then, in the seventh, Cromartie singled and Perez and Valentine hit their round-trippers. [The Sporting News]
