With a crowd of 32,627 on hand, the Indians exploded for 19 hits and won their fourth straight game, defeating the Mariners, 13-3. After counting once in the first inning, the Indians erupted for seven runs in the second, two scoring on a double by Toby Harrah and two on a single by Ron Pruitt. Bobby Bonds added a homer in the third. Ruppert Jones homered for the Mariners and Tom Paciorek added their two other runs with a single and double. [The Sporting News]
