The eighth grand slam of Willie Horton's career was the major blow in an 8-3 Mariners' victory that snapped the Brewers' six-game winning streak. Bruce Bochte opened the scoring with a solo homer in the first, Larry Cox drove home a run with a single in the second, and Dan Meyer stretched his hitting streak to 15 games with a homer following a single by Horton in the third.
