The Braves trailed, 4-3, going into the bottom of the ninth inning when Mike Lum stroked a leadoff single and was replaced by pinch-runner Glenn Hubbard, who reached second on a sacrifice and scored on a pinch-single by Biff Pocoroba, who took second on the throw home.
