A three-run homer by John Ellis in the sixth inning lifted the Rangers to a 4-3 victory over the Blue Jays. The Rangers trailed, 3-1, going into the bottom of the sixth, when Bump Wills opened with a single. After two outs, Richie Zisk walked and Ellis followed with his eighth circuit clout of the season.
