Driving in all five of his team's runs, including two on a game-winning homer in the bottom of the ninth inning, Bobby Grich lifted the Angels to a 5-4 triumph over the Yankees. The Angels trailed, 4-3, in the ninth, when Tom Donohue drew a one-out walk. One out later, Grich connected for his round-tripper off Ron Guidry. Grich singled in one run in the third and doubled home two more in the seventh. [The Sporting News]
