Extending their winning streak to seven games, the Orioles captured both ends of a doubleheader from the Mariners, 7-6 and 11-3. In the first game, Ken Singleton accounted for the eventual winning run with a homer in the sixth inning after knocking in two other runs with a double in the first and sacrifice fly in the second. Doug DeCinces accounted for two RBIs with a double and single.
