A two-run homer by Ben Oglivie in the ninth inning gave the Brewers a 4-3 triumph over the Rangers. The Brewers were behind, 3-2, when Gorman Thomas drew a one-out walk in the ninth. After Ranger starter Doc Medich was relieved by Sparky Lyle, Oglivie worked the count to 3-1 and then hit his 24th round-tripper of the season. [The Sporting News]
