Steady relief pitching by Jerry Augustine enabled the Brewers to come from behind and edge the Mariners, 7-6. The Brewers broke a 6-6 tie in the eighth inning when Sixto Lezcano doubled and scored on a single by Paul Molitor. Augustine, with relief help from Bill Castro, blanked the Mariners overthe  final seven innings after they had raced to a 6-2 lead. [The Sporting News]
