Steve Kemp drove in four runs with a pair of homers to help the Tigers end their seven-game losing streak with an 8-6 victory over the Royals. After hitting a solo drive in the first inning, Kemp came up again in the seventh with the Tigers losing, 6-5, and connected for a three-run blow. [The Sporting News]
