Pitching his sixth complete game and winning for the fourth time in his last five outings, Milt Wilcox hurled the Tigers to an 8-3 victory over the Twins. The Tigers scored four runs in the third inning, tallies being driven in on consecutive doubles by Lance Parrish and Al Cowens.
