Completing the three-game series sweep, the Braves downed the Pirates, 4-3. The Braves snapped a 3-3 tie in the sixth inning when Gary Matthews drew a leadoff walk. Two outs later, Glenn Hubbard doubled him home. Atlanta erased a 3-0 deficit in the fourth on a two-run homer by Jeff Burroughs and RBI double by Luis Gomez. [The Sporting News]
