. . . where the 1970s live forever!

Miguel Dilone collected three hits and scored two runs to spark the Indians to a 6-2 victory over the Angels. Dilone led off the fourth inning with a single, stole his 30th base of the season and scored on a single by Jorge Orta to tie the game at 1-1.

Orta raced to third on a single by Mike Hargrove and came home on a double by Toby Harrah. Sacrifice flies by Ron Hassey and Jack Brohamer made it 4-1. The Tribe added two runs in the fifth on doubles by Dilone and Orta. [The Sporting News]
