Dale Murphy drove in four runs with a three-run double and a homer and Chris Chambliss clouted a two-run homer to spark the Braves to an 8-6 triumph over the Pirates. Murphy's two-bagger gave Atlanta a 3-0 lead in the first inning and he added a solo round-tripper in the Braves' four-run sixth. Chambliss drilled his circuit clout in the sixth and Bob Horner singled in the Braves' other sixth-inning run. [The Sporting News]
