The fourth career grand slam by Cesar Cedeno highlighted a six-run fifth inning that carried the Astros to a 7-2 victory over the Cardinals. Joe Niekro began the big inning with a single, took third on a single by Joe Morgan and scored on a single by Enos Cabell.
