The Angels ended their four-game losing streak by defeating the Royals, 7-4, as Carney Lansford led the way with three hits, including a double and homer. Lansford's round-tripper gave the Angels a 3-1 lead in the third inning and after K.C. tied the game at 4-4 in the top of the fifth, a two-run single by Lansford highlighted a three-run Angels rally in the bottom of that frame.
