Back-to-back homers by Tony Perez and Dwight Evans in the seventh inning rallied the Red Sox to a 5-3 victory over the Orioles. Evans snapped a 3-3 tie with his circuit clout after Perez led off the inning with his 22nd round-tripper of the season. The Sox then strung together three consecutive two-out singles by Reid Nichols, Rick Burleson and Dave Stapleton to register the final run of the inning. [The Sporting News]
