Len Barker fired a six-hitter and Alan Bannister and Bo Diaz drove in two runs apiece as the Indians ended their three-game losing streak with a 7-2 triumph over the Yankees. Bannister climaxed a three-run second inning with a run-scoring double and clouted a solo homer in the sixth. Diaz capped a three-run fifth with a two-run double.
