. . . where the 1970s live forever!

A two-run homer by Don Baylor climaxed a four-run fifth inning that carried the Angels to a 4-3 triumph over the Indians. The Angels were behind, 2-0, when Larry Harlow began the rally with a single. After Harlow was forced a second by Rick Burleson, Rod Carew singled to put runners at first and third. Fred Lynn followed with a two-run double and, after Brian Downing flied out, Baylor cracked his ninth round-tripper of the season. [The Sporting News]
