Bill Gullickson pitched his first complete game of the season as the Expos breezed to an 11-2 rout of the Braves. The Expos took a 2-0 lead in the opening inning when Tim Raines walked, stole second, reached third on a sacrifice and tallied on a fielder's choice grounder by Andre Dawson.

Dawson stole second, went to third on a wild pitch and came in on a sacrifice fly by Gary Carter. Larry Parrish blasted a three-run homer in the fifth, following singles by Warren Cromartie and Willie Montanez. Raines' two stolen bases increased his total to 48 for the season. [The Sporting News]
