The Blue Jays won their second game of the new season, edging the Tigers, 4-3. The Jays scored twice in the fourth inning on an RBI single by Al Woods and a bases-loaded suicide squeeze bunt by Damaso Garcia, and picked up their other two markers in the sixth stanza on a sacrifice fly by Garcia and run-scoring single by Danny Ainge.
