Milt May delivered a pair of run-scoring singles and three pitchers combined on a six-hitter as the Giants recorded a 4-2 victory over the Pirates. May singled home a tally in the second inning and drove in another marker in a three-run fourth. Jeff Leonard and Johnnie LeMaster each drove home one run in the fourth.
