Blasting 21 hits, the White Sox enjoyed a 13-2 pasting of the Blue Jays. The Sox jumped to a 3-0 lead in the second inning on a hit batsman with the bases loaded, RBI single by Bill Almon and sacrifice fly by Ron LeFlore. Greg Luzinski clouted a three-run homer in the fourth frame. Steve Trout gave up four hits in eight innings to claim the victory while LaMarr Hoyt finished up. [The Sporting News]
