Recording their fourth straight victory and third straight shutout, the Expos whitewashed the Braves, 3-0, behind six-hit pitching from Steve Rogers. Gary Carter led off the bottom of the fourth inning with a homer and the Expos scored two more runs in the sixth on a single by Warren Cromartie, walk to John Milner and two-run double by Larry Parrish.
