A two-run rally in the bottom of the ninth inning lifted the Braves to a 3-2 triumph over the Phillies. After the Phils took a 2-1 lead in the ninth on a single by Pete Rose, Glenn Hubbard opened the bottom of the frame with a triple and tallied on Eddie Miller's single. Miller stole second and, after Luis Gomez walked, Miller stole third. Jerry Royster then hit a foul fly down the right field line and Miller scored after the catch. [The Sporting News]
