Scoring in each of the first five innings, the Yankees routed the Brewers, 10-2. N.Y. tallied twice in the opening frame on an RBI single by Lou Piniella and RBI groundout by Reggie Jackson. Bob Watson cracked a leadoff homer in the second and Piniella drilled a solo shot in the third. Jackson hit a two-run round-tripper in the seventh.
