Aided by three double plays, Albert Williams and Doug Corbett pitched the Twins to a 5-2 victory over the Blue Jays despite giving up 12 hits. The Twins loaded the bases in the fifth inning on a single, walk and hit batsman, and Hosken Powell cleared the sacks with a double. John Castino drilled a two-run homer in the sixth.
