The Blue Jays continued to make life miserable for California, defeating the Angels, 6-3. The Jays broke a 3-3 tie in the fourth inning when Otto Velez walked, went to third on a single by Lloyd Moseby and scored on a single by Buck Martinez. Ted Cox, who tied the score at 3-3 in the third with a homer, delivered a two-run single in the sixth. [The Sporting News]
